Big-name movie stars will be in Qatar from October 25-29 for the third Doha Tribeca Film Festival (DTFF). More than 40 films will be screened over five days, including nine premieres, and walking the red carpet will be Antonio Banderas, Freida Pinto, Mark Strong, and… you? We've teamed up with the festival organisers, the Doha Film Institute (DFI), to offer a fantastic competition prize – three lucky readers and their guests will get to attend the world premiere of Black Gold, at DTFF's opening night on October 25. This not only means seeing the film and brushing shoulders with the stars, but also attending the official DTFF opening party with local and international film luminaries and VIP guests.

Plus your life as a celebrity isn't just for the one night either, as included in the prize is a brunch voucher to use the following Friday in Spice Market at the W Doha Hotel, served from noon-4pm.

Black Gold is the story of two rival emirs from the Middle East in the 1930s, in a time when oil was just being discovered, and the rise of a young, dynamic leader who unites the Arab world. It is DFI's first international co-production with Quinta Communications, and the dramatic battle scenes were shot in Qatar in the dunes of Messaied.
