Win a pass for two to tr y the dessert cooking class on Oct 20 with executive pastry chef of the Ritz-Carlton Doha, Jerome Bertoumieux. He trained in Nantes, France, and honed his skills with the Hotel Arts, Barcelona, before he moved to Palm Beach, USA, Abama Golf Resort & Spa in Tenerife and finally to Doha. He'll teach the tricks and secrets of delectable desserts.
