Friday brunch is something of an institution in Doha, with expats across the city celebrating the weekend by feasting on a wide variety of cuisine. We’ve teamed up with the Grand Hyatt Doha this month to offer two lucky readers just that, with a lavish brunch at the hotel’s signature dining room, Isaan, up for grabs – named after the northeast region of Thailand where cuisine is considered traditional and indigenous.

Taste, quality and authenticity take the highest priority in this stylish venue, which recently saw its menu undergo something of a revamp. The all Thai culinary team prepare exquisite dishes in show kitchens using traditional recipes and authentic ingredients, and dishes are served mezze-style, allowing for a multiple course meal. During the cooler season, the terrace offers a great opportunity for outdoor dining.
