Manhattan
Tiny bar with a relaxed atmosphere in the Ramada Plaza Hotel Discuss this article
Time Out isn’t sure if there is a world record for the smallest bar in the Middle East, but if there was, Manhattan would certainly be in the running. This tiny room feels like something of an afterthought, which is a shame because it’s actually a pretty relaxed and pleasant place to spend the tail-end of your evening. The tiny bar at one end means that if you’re own your own you can perch on a stool, but if you have arrived without friends to accompany you, you’ll struggle to get one of the sought-after tables. If the Ramada had any sense, they’d knock through to one of the shops next door and allow Manhattan’s tasteful decor more space to run around in. Should this unlikely event take place, this miniscule bar would be worth visiting.
