The lava lounge is not found that easily it’s situated on the first level of the intercontinental hotel you can enter from the pool area (at the side of the Greek restaurant) or from the front (side) of the hotel. Once there you are welcomed with a large bar area and ample seating. They have comfortable booth areas for groups and there is plenty of room at the bar for a drink and a chat. The Lava lounge also has an outside area for those who like a quieter drink or would just like to get some fresh air.
The Music is supplied by a resident DJ and there is ample room to shake your stuff and work off those extra calories. My own experience of the place was that I found it lacking atmosphere and not very busy for a night club, however the staff were attentive and the group I was with had a good night.
