Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition 2018
The much-awaited 15th edition of the Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition (DJWE) is taking place this month and will feature more than 400 brands from over ten countries, bringing an extensive display of classic and contemporary luxury collections by internationally renowned brands and designers to the city’s jewellery-lovers. For this edition, DJWE will offer several new experience for visitors and exhibitors. Unique workshops, daily industry talks and bespoke events will be held on the sidelines of the exhibitions, enabling visitors and consumers to enjoy, learn about and buy their favourite pieces. Objectif Horlogerie will allow watch connoisseurs to participate in a master workshop, which will include an accredited diploma for each participant. Get ready to snap up some bling.

HH The Emir’s Sword Festival
One of the biggest events on Qatar’s horse racing calendar will take place this month, and the event brings together some of the world’s best Purebred Arabians and is a unique sporting spectacle. Be a part of Qatar’s cherished heritage and engage in the many cultural and equestrian activities that all guests can enjoy.

Commercial Bank Qatar Masters 2018
First held in 1998, this tournament is bringing the best of golfing talent to Doha for its 2018 edition. This year, the event promises an incredible experience for its fans with new features, activities and entertainment options. The course is unique and scenic, and you can spend the whole day watching some world-class teeing action, indulge in great dining options and take part in fun family activities at their Public Village.

Video Games Live
This is an immersive concert event featuring music from the most popular video games of all time.

Elegance Contest
HH The Emir’s Sword Elegance Contest is giving every lady a chance to win a classic piece by Longines. On the last day of the festival, there will be a contest for the ladies attending. If you’ve always wanted to wear one of those big, ornate hats or even your wedding attire, this is your chance. Dresses and skirts should be of modest length and shoulders should be covered. For ladies looking to give their attire a classic finishing touch, Emily-London, British millinery label, specialising in exclusive and hand-made headwear, will be available for purchase at the racecourse. Emergence of Art from the Desert
If it’s anything like what the title says, we’re sure there are some masterpieces waiting at this exhibition. Several artists have put their works on display at Katara. It starts today, and an inspiring art exhibition might be a great way to kick start your week.
