The FINA airweave Swimming World Cup returns to Hamad Aquatic Centre, alongside the world’s fastest swimmers who are taking to the water to battle for glory and a place in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. Tickets are available at Virgin for QR10.

Doha’s first yogathon

The city’s first yogathon at The Strongbox, Al Jazi Gardens, is for people of all skill levels. Take in yoga sessions, as well as meditation, breathing and restorative classes. Sessions are 15 minutes to one hour. Live music and healthy snacks are also available. It’s from 9am to 9pm and costs QR200 (weekend) or QR100 (one day).

Dinner with Nobu and DeNiro
